Key Responsibilities

  • •Use the consultative sales process and Financial Needs Assessment to build customer profiles and identify financial needs.
  • •Recommend solutions by maintaining in-depth knowledge of retail consumer and small business products/services.
  • •Use CAMP and approved marketing tools to reach out to customers, set appointments, and conduct periodic financial reviews.
  • •Cross-sell to existing customers and participate in outside sales activities and community financial literacy events as directed.
  • •Work with business partners (Mortgage, Small Business, Commercial, Investment) to refer customers appropriately and ensure ethical, policy-compliant risk management and customer experience.

Key Requirements

  • •College degree or work experience with transferrable skills (or a combination of education and experience).
  • •Experience in the financial industry is preferred.
  • •Comfort and ability with sales activities to acquire new customers and cross-sell to existing customers.
  • •Ability to demonstrate understanding of advanced math functions for analysis of credit and financial information.
  • •S.A.F.E. Act registration required at time of employment through NMLS (MU4R questions/registration).
