Personal Banker Associate II - College Mall (Bloomington)

Become a Retail Personal Banker II by completing a 4–8 week onboarding and education program with rotations across Operations and Sales & Service. You’ll use a consultative sales process and Financial Needs Assessment to build customer profiles, promote deposits, loans, and fee-based services, and retain customers. Proactively reach out using CAMP and marketing tools, cross-sell within an assigned base, support outside sales and community events, and coordinate referrals with business partners while managing risk and delivering strong customer experience.
