Serve as a Trusted Advisor to real estate owners, investors, and developers, delivering comprehensive financial advice across Key’s product platform. Drive profitable revenue growth through active portfolio management and disciplined risk management, structuring and leading credit and non-credit solutions. Lead deal execution as a deal team leader, coordinate partners, and coach junior team members while pursuing cross-sell opportunities and strengthening client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

•Serve as a trusted advisor by analyzing clients’ business strategy, management practices, and portfolio dynamics to craft value-added solutions
•Provide product knowledge and access across Key’s platform, identifying opportunities and coordinating product partners
•Lead deal execution by coordinating relationship managers, portfolio managers, and other partners
•Structure and lead credit and non-credit product delivery aligned to the LOB strategy with sound risk management
•Proactively manage the loan portfolio to maximize profitability, ensure asset quality, and resolve issues while coaching and mentoring team members

Travel: Low travel

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 128,000 - 268,000 annually

Key Requirements

•10+ years of real estate lending experience, including through a real estate downcycle
•Demonstrated understanding of balancing business development with asset quality and risk management
•Demonstrated ability to work effectively on a team to deliver comprehensive client solutions and achieve financial and risk goals
•Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field (preferred) or equivalent experience (required)
•Experience as a credit underwriter, credit officer, and/or workout manager (preferred)
