Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead and report on MSP projects, including cost/efficiency/gains/delay tracking.
  • •Perform the required MSP actions for these projects.
  • •Support improvement of manufacturing processes that are not capable, coordinating with relevant stakeholders.
  • •Provide production line support for process surveillance and ensure effective process control.
  • •Define, formalize, and update standard MSP methodological tools and support development/preparation teams with customer requirements and process feasibility analysis.

Key Requirements

  • •Experience and demonstrated skills in Statistical Process Control and/or 6 Sigma / DMAIC (Define, Measure, Analyze, Improve, Control).
  • •Hands-on knowledge of mechanics, tolerancing, and project management, with understanding of manufacturing and measurement processes for aeronautical elemental parts.
  • •Strong data analysis ability using Minitab or JMP, ideally also with Python, Power BI, and/or databases.
  • •Ability to translate frontline needs into clear requirements for Data Analysts or Data Scientists.
  • •Minimum English level B1 and strong interpersonal skills with teams across functions.
