Job Summary

Success Architect with broad expertise across Salesforce Core Platform products (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Salesforce Platform) will advise customers on architecture, security, governance, and data/AI integration to maximize business value. You will lead with best-practices, perform architecture reviews, and help clients adopt Data Cloud and Agentforce while coordinating with Salesforce teams and executives.

Key Responsibilities

•Provide best-practice guidance for implementing Salesforce products and features
•Organize customer challenges and assemble support with expert advice (recommendations) on technical and business aspects
•Perform architecture reviews focused on security, governance, and compliance; deliver recommendations
•Offer advice and analysis on monitoring metrics and performance for Salesforce environments
•Assist customers in preparing for major product changes (End of Life) and participate in architecture review boards; create assets and knowledge for other teams

Key Requirements

•3+ years of experience with Salesforce Core Platform products
•Deep knowledge of enterprise security, authentication, governance, and compliance
•Experience with Data Cloud and AI/Agentforce concepts or readiness to develop in these areas
•Ability to communicate with executives and diverse stakeholders, and map technical concepts to business requirements
