Oversee Premium Seat Services at Leader Bank Pavilion in partnership with the Premium Seat Sales (PSS) team. Hire, train, and lead a team of 10+ for premium hospitality roles, maintain real-time communication across PSS and operations, and run pre- and post-show meetings. Monitor premium areas, manage seat/box capacity checks, support box office ticket issues, and deliver guest-focused service throughout events.

Key Responsibilities

•Hire and train all non-Food & Beverage night-of-show premium positions (e.g., hosts, greeters, ticket takers, security) for Premium Club and Premium Seat locations.
•Maintain the integrity of the PSS program and ensure Premium team communication to identify and resolve issues in real time.
•Lead and manage a group of 10+ to execute premium hospitality.
•Serve as the main liaison between PSS and the operations team; participate in pre-shift premium operations meetings and conduct pre-shift assignments.
•Monitor premium locations throughout the evening, survey boxes for capacity, run post-show recap, relay feedback to PSS and operations, and coordinate with the Box Office Manager on ticket issues.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 17.6 - 22 hourly
