Key Responsibilities

  • •Hire and train all non-Food & Beverage night-of-show premium positions (e.g., hosts, greeters, ticket takers, security) for Premium Club and Premium Seat locations.
  • •Maintain the integrity of the PSS program by keeping premium team communication open to identify and resolve issues in real time.
  • •Lead and manage a group of 10+ to execute premium hospitality.
  • •Serve as the main liaison between PSS and the operations team; participate in pre-shift meetings.
  • •Conduct pre-shift meetings and assignments, monitor Premium locations throughout the evening, survey for capacity, and complete post-show recap with feedback to PSS and operations; coordinate ticket issues with the Box Office Manager.

Salary: USD 17.6 - 22 hourly
