Key Responsibilities

  • •Oversee daily operations of the housekeeping department and ensure guest demands are met.
  • •Inspire, train, and mentor the housekeeping team, applying cleaning techniques and safety protocols.
  • •Monitor and control housekeeping supplies and equipment usage to maintain cleanliness and inventory.
  • •Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms and public areas and address areas for improvement.
  • •Maintain records, reports, and documentation of housekeeping activities; handle guest concerns and shift handover paperwork.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: AED 2,000 monthly

Key Requirements

  • •1-2 years of supervisory experience in a luxury hotel environment in the UAE.
  • •High school diploma or equivalent, with preference for additional hospitality management or housekeeping certifications/training.
  • •Knowledge of Forbes and Leading Quality Assurance (LQA) standards is advantageous.
  • •Computer literacy with Word, Excel, and Outlook; strong knowledge of Hotel PMS, specifically Opera.
  • •Fluent English and excellent communication/interpersonal skills; additional languages are a plus.
