Inventory Manager - BMW of Monrovia

Manage the used-vehicle sales inventory and a sales team to drive customer retention and profitability. Forecast monthly and annual goals for sales, gross, and expenses; hire, motivate, and monitor used-vehicle sales employees; and prepare budgets for the department. Oversee vehicle appraisal, reconditioning, merchandising, delivery procedures, wholesaling, and follow-up systems, while ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and conducting daily/weekly meetings.
