Key Responsibilities

  • •Build and lead the team: hiring, training, retention, counseling, and educating on benefits, compensation, and policies.
  • •Check daily production orders to ensure fulfillment of customer orders, accurate shipments, and record keeping, including inventory rotation and product coding.
  • •Ensure all workstations are staffed before production start-up.
  • •Ensure machinery performance and that workstations have passed USDA Inspection.
  • •Promote safety daily and through monthly safety meetings; oversee processing operations and collaborate with other supervisors to solve problems; provide continuous quality education.
