Key Responsibilities

  • •Estimate and negotiate change orders, producing and presenting final cost plans throughout the construction lifecycle.
  • •Review and coordinate cost estimate development with design services and the general contractor; reconcile changes to ensure accurate contractor data.
  • •Perform quantity surveying and cost controls including forecasting, budgeting, and change management across multiple concurrent projects.
  • •Manage cost checks and valuations, post-contract cost variances, contingency management, commitment tracking, and funding/value engineering sessions.
  • •Prepare and present written submissions and monthly cost reports; coordinate external cost consultants and ensure timely negotiation of final accounts.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 140,000 - 160,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, Engineering, Cost Management, or a related field.
  • •7+ years of experience in construction cost management, quantity surveying, cost controls, or project controls.
  • •Experience managing budgets, forecasts, change management, cost reporting, and financial controls across multiple projects or programs.
  • •Experience leading cost management services on medium to large-scale construction projects.
  • •Experience supporting workplace/tenant improvement, renovation, decommissioning, laboratory, infrastructure, or similar capital projects; construction consultancy and RICS accreditation are a plus.
