Key Responsibilities

  • •Coordinate with team leaders/project managers and customers to understand on-site installation and repair requirements and forecast issues, gather materials, and synchronize work.
  • •Serve as direct customer contact and ensure customer satisfaction by diagnosing and repairing HVAC equipment and systems at customer locations.
  • •Commission, troubleshoot, repair, and start up HVAC systems in a commercial environment.
  • •Use cutting-edge software and technology and hand tools, following blueprints or engineering specifications, to diagnose and repair units.
  • •Enforce safety standards and maintain security/accountability of company-issued and procured assets while recording use, wear, and conditions.

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma (or equivalent) and typically 5+ years of HVAC experience.
  • •Technical school or formal HVAC training preferred.
  • •Operating knowledge of Microsoft Office and proficiency with a handheld computer (e.g., smartphone, iPad).
  • •Must have a valid driver’s license for at least 12 months with no major/frequent traffic violations in the prior 3 years.
  • •EPA Certification required.
