Key Responsibilities

  • •Govern and administer the site’s application portfolio, ensuring applications are registered and have appropriate business impact assessments to identify risks and priorities.
  • •Manage associated documentation, regulatory compliance, and controls related to local applications.
  • •Plan and execute periodic evaluations and recurring activities to maintain operational continuity and required standards and controls.
  • •Develop and strengthen central systems team capabilities, including key users and application owners, ensuring training and proper responsibility assignment.
  • •Coordinate with multiple areas to manage escalations, ensure policy and standards compliance, and participate in the site change management committee to ensure governance and continuity of applications.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Engineering.
  • •Minimum 2 years of practical technical experience with interest and skills for a predominantly administrative role.
  • •Knowledge of digital asset management and application governance.
  • •Experience in IT technology operations, including incident handling, change management, and local application development.
  • •Knowledge of agile methodologies and global IT service management practices for change, incidents, and problems, plus project and data management methodologies.
