Lead store sales and service to deliver an exceptional guest experience. Oversee the Sales & Service team by coaching members on guest connection and technical product education, building customer relationships daily, and driving sales initiatives across the store. Partner with the General Manager on sales and service strategy, represent the business in meetings, manage budget and reporting with key metrics, and develop hiring and succession plans.
