Tax Analyst

Prepare quarterly and annual income tax provision and forecasts, and support U.S. federal, state, and local tax filings with internal and external partners. Assist with M&A tax due diligence and post-merger integration, and help analyze stock-based compensation models. Contribute to tax research (including R&D tax credits) and drive digital transformation of the tax function through technology, automation, and AI. The role may expand into direct/indirect tax over time.
