Project Manager II

Manage end-to-end, multi-phase projects for Flywire’s education clients, from reviewing sales documentation and building project plans to coordinating cross-functional teams and vendors. After contract execution, ensure delivery on time, within scope, and within budget while maintaining accurate weekly status updates. Partner with solutions consultants, technical implementation managers, product, relationship management, engineering support, and manage client expectations, risks, and communication.
