Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead complex operational, manufacturing, and business-process problem-solving to remove blockers to product maturity and scalability.
  • •Drive continuous improvement and process optimization for production readiness, operational excellence, and supply chain stability, including design for manufacturability (DFM).
  • •Monitor project budgets and track progress to ensure focus on the largest drivers of cost and bottom-line impact.
  • •Develop data-driven reporting systems communicating KPI/OKR progress, project status, risks, and mitigations to internal teams and executive leadership.
  • •Serve as production’s point of contact for existing-product changes and new product information (NPI), and lead cross-functional initiatives spanning engineering, supply chain, manufacturing, quality, and finance.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Operations Management, Business, or a related technical field.
  • •5+ years of experience in operations program management, business operations, or engineering/technical roles, preferably in complex hardware.
  • •Strong understanding of the manufacturing environment and processes that enable production.
  • •Experience launching new products with condensed timelines.
  • •Experience with project management methodologies (Agile, Lean, Six Sigma) and tools (Jira, Confluence, Gantt charts).
