Diagnose and repair systems including brakes, steering, suspension, alignments, and heating/air conditioning, while maintaining shop cleanliness under 5S. Consult with customers on repair needs, document and close repair orders accurately, and manage parts inventory by receiving shipments and maintaining stocking levels. Ensure compliance with CarMax EH&S requirements.
