Verify production processes, packaging, food safety, and operational sanitation while maintaining proper documentation, inventory control, and release of hold product. Monitor production lines and paperwork for specification compliance, enforce GMPs, and verify labels, lot codes, and packaging. Check receiving of raw materials and coordinate with QA and production teams to resolve quality issues and ensure microbiological sampling is performed correctly. Work to company policies and applicable regulations.
