Team Lead – Visual Merchandising

Lead adidas Visual Merchandising execution across the sales floor, windows, mannequins, and key product areas to drive store sales and profit targets. Partner with Store Management to implement brand standards, seasonal directives, and commercial priorities, and support floor sets, product launches, promotional changes, and weekly updates. Coach team members, maintain product presentation and backroom organization, and lead safely and efficiently while delivering excellent consumer service.
