Applications Engineer-I

Develop and test complete solutions for complex customer and sales engineering needs, working with internal engineering teams to drive product development. Support customers and the sales team through troubleshooting, system integration engineering, product recommendations, and technical analysis across phone, online, and in person. Define and evaluate new product features through product evaluations and field trials, and harden existing capabilities via firmware and hardware changes, with up to 25% domestic and international travel.
