Key Responsibilities

  • •Own post-training across Terra surfaces: adapting open-weight models to modalities and behaviors (language, vision-language, speech) end to end from data curation through training, evals, and deployment
  • •Design and run SFT or preference-optimization experiments on open-weight models and ship production results
  • •Develop provenance-grounded outputs with evidence-citing generation, constrained decoding, and robust evaluation gates
  • •Build training data pipelines and annotation taxonomies to improve model quality across modalities
  • •Ensure reproducible training and rigorous evaluation to gate releases in production

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 2,500,000 - 4,500,000 annually
