Key Responsibilities

•Advise senior leaders on workforce planning, organisation design, and talent development for regional priorities.
•Drive employee engagement and inclusion initiatives and coach managers to build psychologically safe, high-performing teams.
•Guide leaders through performance cycles, promotions, and succession planning for fairness and consistency.
•Lead organisational change programmes, including restructures and reorganisations, in partnership with legal and operations teams to ensure local compliance.
•Collaborate across People Experience, compensation, and talent acquisition to deliver a joined-up employee experience across the full lifecycle.

Key Requirements

•Extensive experience as a People/HR Business Partner in a multinational environment.
•Experience handling complex employee relations, including conflict resolution and policy interpretation.
•Proven ability to lead organisational change and restructuring programmes with minimal disruption.
•Ability to interpret people data and metrics to inform decisions and measure impact.
•Working knowledge of EMEA employment legislation and regional best practices.
