Key Responsibilities

  • •Assist the teacher with planning and delivering classroom activities and lessons.
  • •Provide individual and small-group support to students needing additional assistance.
  • •Deliver targeted language interventions with individuals and small groups in partnership with the EAL teacher.
  • •Prepare language support materials, worksheets, displays, and classroom resources; assist with EAL assessments and progress monitoring.
  • •Supervise students during classroom activities and help maintain a safe, clean, organised classroom environment.

Key Requirements

  • •Diploma or bachelor's degree in Education or a related field is preferred.
  • •Previous experience working with multilingual children or in an educational setting is an advantage.
  • •Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • •Patience, empathy, and a genuine interest in supporting students.
  • •Basic computer and administrative skills, with ability to maintain confidentiality and professional standards.
