Banking Center Relationship Banker 2

Provide day-to-day customer service for a banking center by processing transactions and conducting needs-based conversations to recommend financial products. Help execute sales, retention, and growth initiatives, generate leads, and deepen relationships. Ensure compliance with federal/state regulations and bank policies while meeting branch audits and operations requirements. Supervise, coach, and onboard fellow relationship bankers, contributing to both individual and team sales, service, and operational goals.
