Senior Programmatic Technical Account Manager to scale and operationalize SoundCloud’s global programmatic advertising business. Partner with Revenue Operations, Engineering, Product, and external partners to support monetization across display, video, and audio formats. Lead integrations, troubleshooting, and best practices; develop playbooks and scalable processes; optimize performance and partner outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

•Manage and nurture relationships with programmatic partners, exchanges, data providers, and demand sources to support monetization initiatives
•Lead the integration, implementation, and operationalization of programmatic technologies and partner solutions
•Develop scalable documentation, playbooks, and onboarding materials for partner integrations and programmatic operations
•Troubleshoot and resolve programmatic delivery, reporting, monetization, and integration issues across internal systems and partners (including GAM)
•Establish scalable operational processes and best practices to enable ongoing optimization and monetization across display, video, and audio formats

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 110,000 - 120,000 annually

Key Requirements

•5–8+ years in programmatic advertising, ad operations, technical account management, monetization operations, or related roles
•Strong understanding of programmatic ecosystems (bidding environments, exchanges, ad serving technologies, demand platforms, monetization workflows)
•Hands-on experience supporting programmatic integrations, implementations, troubleshooting, and scaling across advertising technologies and partner platforms (including Google Ad Manager)
•Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with experience using SQL and data reporting tools
•Experience partnering cross-functionally with Engineering, Product, Revenue Operations, and external partners; exposure to pricing strategy, yield management, and inventory optimization preferred
