Key Responsibilities

  • •Supervise and control contractors performing civil and structural works in prefabrication and on-site construction.
  • •Ensure proper execution of works in compliance with safety, environmental, technical specifications, budgets, and schedules.
  • •Optimize and monitor work schedules and logistics organization to support contractor site activities.
  • •Coordinate interfaces between site stakeholders (contractor and operator) and the Construction Manager and other project entities.
  • •Oversee structural and civil engineering execution, manage contractor document receipt/control/transmission, and provide daily reports and weekly meeting support.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in engineering or construction.
  • •5 to 10 years of experience in the oil industry with significant construction experience.
  • •Strong knowledge of Oil & Gas International Codes and Standards, rules, and procedures.
  • •Experience under SIMOPS works is a plus.
  • •Fluent in English and Arabic and able to collaborate across complex project teams and interfaces.
