Perform normal and first article inspections from drawings and product specification requirements for panels and sub-assemblies, including completing FAIR and handling delta FAIR needs. Verify and document inspection work, create nonconformance information sheets/reports, and update inspection results in checklists or database systems. Maintain part and process traceability, conduct layered process audits, and follow EHS practices across the site.

Key Responsibilities

•Perform normal and first article inspections based on drawings and product specification requirements for panels and sub-assemblies.
•Complete FAIR in Net Inspect for new part numbers and delta FAI needs.
•Complete and verify SAP transactions and related documentation before the next process.
•Create nonconformance information sheets and generate nonconformance reports.
•Update and record inspection results, ensure part/process traceability, and conduct layered process audits while adhering to EHS practices.

Key Requirements

•Associate degree or other 2-year post high-school training.
•At least 2 years of relevant experience in quality inspection and quality assurance.
•Proficient in MS Work, Excel, and PowerPoint.
•Strong written and verbal communication and reasoning skills.
•Must be able to read and interpret drawings and use measuring tools.
