  • •Lead and grow a global Process Automation and Life Cycle Services and Solutions software engineering organization.
  • •Own the technology roadmap for cloud-based industrial software solutions and drive cloud-native architectures using microservices and APIs.
  • •Oversee development of SaaS apps, cloud services, operational dashboards, analytics, asset management, and industrial applications with high availability and reliability.
  • •Drive integration across OT and IT environments and ensure interoperability across industrial communication protocols and enterprise systems.
  • •Champion secure-by-design development and lead compliance with industrial cybersecurity standards while partnering with cybersecurity teams.

Key Requirements

  • •10+ years of software engineering experience and 7+ years of engineering management experience leading software organizations.
  • •Experience delivering commercial software products and cloud-based platforms.
  • •Lead large-scale software development programs in industrial or mission-critical environments.
  • •Experience in industrial automation/connected products and familiarity with industrial communication protocols (OPC UA, Modbus, EtherNet/IP, Profinet).
