Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead day-to-day operations for the MVP Program with community operations, including engagement, moderation, and response management.
  • •Own the annual MVP nomination and renewal selection cycle from start to finish.
  • •Set and refine community guidelines, escalation frameworks, and tone-of-voice standards, making decisions for high-visibility or sensitive situations.
