•Serve as a trusted advisor to drive customer and partner value adoption and sponsorship across a portfolio.
•Establish Centers of Excellence (CoEs) and coach customers to own their value journey using self-service offerings.
•Orchestrate strategic partner management and run 1:N scalable programs (value bootcamps, sprint motions, POV development, value sprints).
•Monitor portfolio health using AI-driven tools to proactively surface renewal risks and health signals in parallel.
•Use AI agents and automated value reporting to track value realization, adoption signals, and expansion opportunities while partnering with internal technical teams to deliver complex builds.

•High AI fluency, leveraging copilots and intelligent agents to accelerate workflows, craft business cases, and monitor portfolio health.
•Strong stakeholder management skills to build trust and inspire action with both technical users and C-level executives.
•Native-level German proficiency to lead customer workshops and executive presentations and manage stakeholder interactions in German.
