Key Responsibilities

  • •Communicate with clients, restaurants, vendors, and team members to deliver service across dining, experiences, and retail.
  • •Liaise with business teams to ensure swift and effective resolution of member issues.
  • •Communicate with members, including demonstrating the product interface and providing an overview of the membership.
  • •Complete end-to-end member requests using the concierge platform and processes.
  • •Work closely with others to support concierge availability 24/7/365 and meet deadlines.
