Job Summary

Lead and maintain system and subsystem requirements specifications, serving as the Systems technical lead to ensure requirements are assessed during Verification and Qualification testing. Partner with Systems and Hardware teams and Chief Engineer on technical program tasks, lead Systems Verification Reviews, and become the program’s go-to systems engineering expert. Mentor and onboard new team members using core systems engineering skills within the SETC organization.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead efforts to update and maintain system and subsystem level requirements specifications.
•Serve as Systems technical lead for verification and validation, ensuring requirements are assessed during Verification and Qualification Testing.
•Partner with Systems and Hardware teams and Chief Engineer on program technical tasks.
•Lead Systems Verification Reviews with Chief Engineer, Lead Systems Engineer, and Integrated Product Team leadership.
•Serve as the program’s go-to Systems Engineer and mentor/onboard new team members using core systems engineering skills.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in STEM and a minimum of five (5) years of relevant experience.
•Experience with systems software, systems firmware, systems hardware, systems requirements, systems integration, and/or systems test.
•Experience in test planning, including verification of system requirements and/or system qualification.
•Active and transferable Top Secret Security Clearance required prior to start date.
