Support Closet America installers through classroom and on-the-job training, working toward becoming a full Installer. Key Responsibilities

•Go through intensive classroom and on-the-job training with the goal of quickly elevating to the Installer level.
•Assist with reading design drawings and assembling parts into proper assemblies.
•Assemble and detail surfaces accurately while meeting company quality standards.
•Carry product into workspaces and assemble without damage, including during weather exposure.
•Maintain professional conduct and communicate with customers and colleagues to ensure expectations are met.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 18 - 20 hourly

•Must have a valid driver's license.

•Ability to conduct yourself professionally and communicate clearly with customers and colleagues to meet expectations.
•Ability to work at least 2 weekends/month and perform work accurately to millimeter detail and company quality levels.
