Key Responsibilities

  • •Process high volumes of PO and Non-PO invoices in multiple languages and currencies, including manual invoice processing in Workday ERP.
  • •Review invoices for proper coding, compliance, and tax treatment; validate invoices captured with Workday OCR.
  • •Identify invoice and PO discrepancies and route appropriate categorization and reporting for resolution in Workday ERP and the ticketing system.
  • •Identify process improvement and automation opportunities across the AP invoice processing workflow.
  • •Respond to internal and external supplier inquiries and support audit tasks for tax/finance teams as assigned.

Key Requirements

  • •1-2 years of relevant experience in accounting/finance.
  • •Degree in a relevant field of study.
  • •Business-level N3 Japanese proficiency (ability to read invoices and handle email correspondence in Japanese).

  • •Proficient in Excel and ERP systems (Workday experience a plus) and understanding of SOX compliance rules and guidelines.
