IT Change Management Lead

Own and govern enterprise change management, ensuring technology and business changes are planned, assessed, approved, implemented, and reviewed in line with standards, risk tolerance, and operational objectives. Lead Change Advisory Board (CAB) activities, maintain the change calendar, validate risk/impact/rollback, and enforce process compliance. During major incidents, coordinate response as the operational lead, manage communications, drive structured post-incident reviews, and support continuous improvement using ITSM tools like Zendesk or ServiceNow.
