Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead the design and implementation of the new office access authorization model in production traffic, ensuring security without penalizing development teams.
  • •Reduce friction with sensitive data by implementing PI I attribute anonymization mechanisms across endpoints with secure data handling.
  • •Enable hierarchical visibility to allow leaders to operate in war rooms without 1-on-1 app collaboration.
  • •Build Agent Friendly support so Claude and Fury Skills can consume office APIs securely and efficiently.
  • •Mentor the squad, define quality standards, conduct postmortems with SRE, and align policies across Traffic, IAM, DataSec and Internal Systems.

Key Requirements

  • •Solid software development experience with a focus on distributed, high-performance systems.
  • •Proficiency in Java and/or Go, with experience in proxy-based architectures (Nginx, Envoy, sidecars) and traffic management in complex environments.
  • •Experience with authorization/authentication systems and understanding trade-offs between security and user experience.
  • •Strong technical leadership: standards definition, code reviews, mentoring, and team growth.
  • •Experience applying SRE practices: monitoring, observability, incident response, postmortems, and familiarity with CI/CD and deployment automation.
