Key Responsibilities

  • •Take full ownership of each new customer project and deliver a special, personalised experience.
  • •Build rapport to understand customers’ needs and tastes, then use interior design expertise to inspire home decor choices.
  • •Follow trends and stay up to date with design concepts and themes.
  • •Support the wider team to deliver an excellent shopping experience and perform general shopkeeping tasks.
  • •Use home design knowledge to coach other Partners to enhance the in-store experience.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: GBP 29,400 - 35,700 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Be 18 years or over to apply.
  • •Hold a full UK driving licence (may not be required for some locations).
  • •Show a deep understanding and passion for the interior design industry.
  • •Have great computer literacy and be able to use IT systems to communicate with customers, process orders, and complete customer tracking (e.g., Excel, Word, email).
  • •Have experience in interior design (or a strong design-related qualification equivalent to a degree is desirable).
