Job Summary

Manage business user requests for changes and enhancements to the DART system, a customer-facing platform used across Kinder Morgan’s transportation and storage services. Ensure solutions meet NAESB, FERC gas tariff, and FERC regulatory requirements, coordinate stakeholder alignment, and oversee end-to-end business process updates. Analyze complex change requests, prioritize competing needs, drive process improvements, and support periodic planning and delivery tracking across IT and business teams.

Key Responsibilities

•Manage business user requests for changes and enhancements to the DART system.
•Ensure system changes comply with NAESB standards, FERC gas tariffs, and applicable FERC regulations.
•Coordinate development and implementation of requests to drive efficiency, communication, and stakeholder consensus.
•Ensure business users and IT follow established processes for requesting, defining, testing, and implementing system modifications, enhancements, and capital projects.
•Analyze complex change requests to evaluate impacts, resolve competing priorities, and support process improvements and best practices.

Key Requirements

•Hold a bachelor’s degree and have a minimum of 5 years of gas industry experience (or equivalent experience).

•Translate business user requirements into clear, actionable IT development or coding specifications.
