•Oversee and manage existing client relationships and identify business opportunities, collaboratively develop value propositions that address client needs.
•Proactively strengthen existing relationships and create new ones, build engagements with clients, and develop comprehensive solutions to maximize retention, up-selling and cross-selling.
•Maintain revenue and upselling targets from direct business.
•Maintain all information of customers’ activity within CRM platform.
•Build business success stories and case studies.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's degree in business or communications
•Native Mandarin with high level English communications
•3+ years of account management, business development or related experience
•5+ years of selling complex solutions to corporate level clients
•Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce or similar) and data analytics tools (BI) is a great advantage
