•Serve as a trusted advisor to prospective customers during the sales process, delivering Braze product expertise and best practices to drive partnerships.
•Lead pre-sales activities, translating customer needs into Braze solutions and aligning with sales, marketing, security, and product teams.
•Mentor other Solutions Consultants and contribute to team capability building across MEGS vertical and geographic markets.
•Navigate and articulate BrazeAI capabilities (AI Decisioning Studio, AI Content Optimizer, AI Agents) to clients, enabling real-time value realization.
•Travel up to 50% at peak times and base the role in the Toronto office to support the Americas book of business.

Key Requirements

•Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with strong follow-up, and a team-player mindset.
