Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide a distinctive client experience by completing complex and standardized transactions accurately and maintaining proper handling of assigned monies.
  • •Educate clients on digital, self-service solutions such as ATMs, Online and Mobile banking.
  • •Support the sales process through outbound calling, identifying client needs/opportunities, and referring or fulfilling offers.
