Store Manager – Supermarket

Ensure seamless supermarket service and drive day-to-day operations to maximize sales, profitability, and stock performance. Implement store strategies and improvement action plans in collaboration with Head Office and Corporate Office, using qualitative and quantitative analysis to identify opportunities. Control operational costs, review stock and sales reports, coordinate with department heads for inventory accuracy and timely deliveries, and lead the team to deliver excellent customer service while maintaining safe, operational assets.
