Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead integration test and test management activities for on-prem and cloud programs using Agile and STLC.
  • •Develop and apply AI testing approaches including agentic AI, AI testing, and model-based testing.
  • •Build and maintain test automation frameworks for Shift-Left Quality, covering API and UI automation.
  • •Execute PSR (performance, scalability, reliability) testing for cloud-based solutions and support release management based on schedule and quality assessment.
  • •Collaborate with global development teams using defect workflow and CI/CD pipeline integration to validate and deploy changes across environments.

Key Requirements

  • •7+ years of experience in software testing, integration testing, and test management for on-premises and cloud programs.
  • •Strong understanding of metrics-based management, Agile, and test processes/tools for cloud testing, including STLC, Agile test cycle, and test case design with defect workflow.
  • •Hands-on experience with agentic AI testing, AI testing, model-based testing, and test automation for both API and UI.
  • •Experience with AI tools such as DeepEval, RagaAI, and LangChain (preferred).
  • •Hands-on knowledge of testing and automation tools including Webdriver.io, Selenium, jMeter, Postman, and Azure testing tools, plus CI/CD pipeline integration and PSR testing.
