Join the Intellectual Property Law Department as an IP Docketing Specialist responsible for maintaining the company’s IP docketing system for patents and trademarks, managing domestic and international matters, and supporting attorneys and paralegals with data accuracy, reporting, and process improvements within Saudi Arabia.

Job Function: Procurement & Sourcing

Key Responsibilities

•Manage the company’s intellectual property docketing system for patents, trademarks and related matters.
•Create, manage, and maintain foreign and domestic intellectual property matters.
•Assist with portfolio data management, including matter creation, transfers and closures.
•Monitor communications from outside counsel law firms and docket deadlines and tasks for in-house attorneys and paralegals.
•Perform quality control audits of docket entries to ensure accuracy, completeness, and data integrity.

Key Requirements

•A Bachelor's degree and/or paralegal certificate.
•Minimum 5 years professional and relevant patent docketing experience, gained in a major international law firm or major corporate legal department.
•Experience with patent and trademark prosecution, and foreign patent and trademark databases and websites.
•Strong writing skills in English, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to effectively prioritize workload.
•Proficiency in MS Office Suite including Excel; Thorough knowledge of IP docketing software (Unycom is a plus).
