•Drive architecture and design of scalable, high-performance backend systems.

•Own end-to-end delivery from planning through production deployment, managing risks, blockers, and cross-team dependencies.
•Ensure operational excellence by improving monitoring, observability, incident management, and production stability.
•Build, mentor, and retain high-performing engineering teams, including hiring and career development support.

Key Requirements

•10+ years of software engineering experience with leadership experience.
•Strong experience delivering distributed, large-scale backend systems.
•Hands-on experience with Java, Spring Boot, and REST-based services.
•Experience with microservices and event-driven architectures.
