Key Responsibilities

  • •Follow mill and kiln operation plans and schedules in coordination with maintenance, quality control, shipping, and production personnel.
  • •Assign and communicate shift responsibilities and schedules to shift personnel; supervise and evaluate performance and attendance records.
  • •Conduct and ensure safety meetings and training; perform safety inspections and order safety equipment per guidelines.
  • •Monitor kiln burning and raw/final mill grinding operations; review production data and prepare reports.
  • •Supervise recordkeeping for BIF operating parameters, oversee repairs/preventive maintenance, and serve as Alternate Emergency Coordinator; attend RCRA training.

Key Requirements
