Job Function: Executive & General Management

Key Responsibilities

•Serve as a technical lead for mechanical engineering design on complex healthcare projects, including hospitals, medical centers, and life sciences facilities
•Lead and contribute to the full project lifecycle, from planning and design through construction and close-out
•Oversee design of HVAC systems, air distribution, hydronic systems, plumbing, and central utility plants
•Ensure compliance with healthcare codes, standards, and local regulations
•Act as a key client interface, supporting project execution and long-term relationship development

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 143,600 - 213,200 annually

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Architectural Engineering
•10+ years of relevant experience in mechanical engineering design for building systems
•Demonstrated experience in healthcare facility design and delivery
•Professional Engineer (PE) license required
•Proficiency with Revit, AutoCAD, and related design tools
