Key Responsibilities

  • •Own and drive the SRE reliability programme, focusing on high availability and disaster recovery testing and incident management across APAC and EMEA.
  • •Lead the SRE team’s expansion and culture change, mentoring engineers and embedding reliability into day-to-day engineering ownership.
  • •Build and mature a continuous HA/DR testing cadence, moving from ad hoc execution to reliable weekly testing.
  • •Establish and optimise incident command protocols across APAC and EMEA with clear time-to-mitigation targets.
  • •Partner with platform teams, observability specialists, database reliability engineering, and shared services to close systemic reliability gaps and reduce customer-detected incidents.

Key Requirements

  • •Proven SRE or infrastructure leadership experience, ideally managing incident command at scale and building or maturing HA/DR programmes.
  • •Strong software engineering ability with comfort diving into code to solve reliability problems.
  • •Experience with building continuous HA/DR testing cadence and improving incident command protocols.
  • •Ability to influence peer teams without formal authority and manage stakeholders across regions and functions.
  • •Experience operating across time zones while leading distributed incident response and developing engineers through mentorship and structured onboarding.
