  • •Lead ongoing reviews of business processes and develop optimization strategies.
  • •Conduct requirements analysis and document/communicate results to stakeholders and management.
  • •Perform some user acceptance testing and ensure solutions meet business needs and requirements.
  • •Manage projects by developing project plans, monitoring performance, updating procedures, and ensuring timely delivery.

Key Requirements

  • •A bachelor’s degree in business or related field, or an MBA.
  • •Minimum 5 years of experience in business analysis or a related field.
  • •Exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking skills.
  • •Ability to influence stakeholders and work closely with them to determine acceptable solutions.
  • •Experience creating detailed reports and giving presentations; advanced technical and documentation skills.
