Key Responsibilities

  • •Generate reports and showcase results through dashboards as an individual contributor.
  • •Manage MIS and Power BI reports across F&A processes including Order Management, O2C, P2P, R2R, and FP&A.
  • •Process reports from CRM sources and present performance results.
  • •Identify performance gaps and create dashboards that enable decision-making and process changes in Operations.
  • •Create and share daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly SLA/KPI and operational process reporting, ensuring quick turnaround and high quality.

Key Requirements

  • •3–5 years of experience with a strong educational background.
  • •Proficiency with reporting tools, with preference for MS Excel.
  • •Experience managing MIS and Power BI reports and dashboards.
