Key Responsibilities

  • •Own enterprise-wide compensation program analytics including market benchmarking, total comp budget forecasting, and analytical support for major programs.
  • •Serve as the Compensation function’s lead on AI and data strategy to advance compensation analytics responsibly.
  • •Partner with Finance on cash compensation budgets and spend, and collaborate on equity budget and spend modeling with the Exec & Equity comp lead.
  • •Track market trends and shifts across cash, equity, and total rewards, and produce competitive intelligence and QBR reporting.
  • •Provide thought leadership on major compensation program design and company-wide strategic compensation challenges.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 174,200 - 299,550 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Exceptional analytical ability to transform raw, complex compensation data into insights, tooling, and recommendations.
  • •Advanced capabilities in gSheets and Excel, with strong working fluency in SQL and experience with BI/analytics platforms such as Tableau.
  • •Strong foundation in job architecture, compensation frameworks, market pricing, pay cycles, global compensation practices, and pay-for-performance design.
  • •Ability to lead on AI for compensation analytics responsibly, with judgment around data privacy, governance, and handling of sensitive data.
  • •Ability to balance deep compensation expertise with first-principles business solutioning.
